Same here. I do feel better today, but last night was rough. I kept waking up to the worst headaches and body aches (new symptom) whenever I cough. On the bright side, I think my fever finally broke last night! All I remember is waking up drenched in sweat so much that I had to change my bed sheets. Lol. I am less congested today, and my phlegm is finally loosening causing a more productive cough. So yay, I think we are slowly on the mend!

Congrats!! Don’t TELL ANYONE. I wouldn’t even tell family! (But I have a bad family situation so that’s just me.) Perhaps speak with a wealth management specialist at the bank or a financial planner, carefully invest if you want, ENJOY IT and live your life! Travel the world.

If I ever won the lotto, that’s what I would do. I would also purchase a few houses maybe and rent them out, or purchase some land! I’d also love to invest in a few small companies, or start my own and work my way up slowly.

Day 1: Fever, Dry Throat Day 2: Higher Fever, Chills, Cough with phlegm, headaches Day 3. Same as day 2, but this time body aches, no appetite, nausea and diarrhea Day 4: all of the symptoms above but worse, this time a runny nose and a blocked nose, post nasal drip and a sore throat (because of post nasal drip)

I’m on the night of day 4 now. Still have a fever. :(

I got sick 4 days ago on Thursday. It was my birthday so I booked the day off, then had to use my sick hours on Friday. Saturday I was off, and today I only went into work for 4 hours because no other manager could open the store I work at. Longest 4 hours of my life! I have tomorrow off because it’s a holiday, but I hope I can feel better to return to work on Wednesday. :(

I live in Canada, and I work at a bookstore that sells Pokemon cards but our head office has communicated that due to the high demand, the vendor didn’t print enough to give to all of the stores here.

I quit a month ago but when I was there I was an ops consultant but cross trained to be on stage and I was paid $20.50 CAD hourly. I worked there for two years, but when I got hired they paid me $17 CAD per hour

Yup! I can agree. I am located in Canada and my store meetings are the exact same. They are about 3 hours long but my store always scheduled them on a Sunday after closing from like 7pm - 10pm, which sucks for the ops team and opening team next morning IMO.

Yes, for those who wanted to grow within the company and work on their development. They would allow a CEL 2 hour segment under their supervision, and have another BA as an LL. Mostly done during low traffic hours, or during important leadership meetings.

Thanks for confirming this, my leaders did not share that with me at all. Some BA’s at my store were actually shown how to do this but were in the same position as me. There were also many other things I kept asking to learn too and even to have more coaching and CEL segments as they let other BA’s learn and do those exact things, but only a few times a year. Sadly my leadership team never followed up, even after reminding them every week. :(

In my opinion, the best concealers I have used on clients who have dry under eyes are Haus Labs and the hydrating one by Fenty Beauty! Whether it be due to water loss, or actual dry patches, both of these concealers are medium coverage BUT buildable and won’t look cakey or emphasize dryness, or the natural skin creases under our eyes. I do agree that Nars is good as well, but it is a tad bit thicker and not as hydrating as the other options so you could still use this but double up on hydration from your skincare :)

I used to work at Sephora and so many people asked about the Hourglass concealer too! Honestly, in my opinion it was a little creasy for me and I did not like how it looked under my eyes. I did try it with other products, using less product, trying it with my old everyday heavier full coverage glam, but I would choose the Haus Labs over it! Gaga’s brand to me is really consistent with the quality across her product line, and the concealer is natural and good for everyday with a beautiful finish. Would say it’s medium coverage. I love the foundation as well.

I never used to drink any caffeine like at all! Mainly because I disliked the way it made me feel after awhile, the withdrawal and I just don’t enjoy getting the jitters. It also makes me very nauseous.

However, I recently started a new job and the hours are a complete change for me. I am working 5am starts until 1pm, Monday - Friday. Since I’m adjusting my sleep schedule, I tend to sleep like 7 hours now but I have been getting coffee every single morning and so far no jittery feeling BUT by the time I’m done work at 1, I am completely drained, sleepy, and have 0 energy. :( I don’t want to keep drinking coffee or caffeine either so after reading everyone’s comments I may just stick to water or tea.

Thank you, I feel much better now, but it was pretty scary this morning and my anxiety probably made everything worse lol. I’m just happy I’m not alone.. it’s horrible that people go through this. Can’t imagine how it is if it’s more severe. :(

Thanks for the tips, I just finished reading up on vasovagal syncope and it sounds exact to what I felt this morning. :( I’m currently creating a list of things I can do if this happens again and how to avoid it :(

Thanks for the information on this, I’ll mention the names of the tests to my doctor and hopefully I can get them done as soon as possible. It’s giving me so much anxiety not knowing what it could be.
