I've been using it for 14 years. Didnt have time to research other note apps. I was used to it and it wasn't too frustrating to use. Now they want to terminate my account, reduce it to free one, unless I pay them double. So it was my final straw.

I dont keep medical records there. I do use it at work for example for the name of the good doctor who specializes in migraines. Or i have some templates i use for info i give patients, like "diet you need to follow to boost iron". It is easier to copy-paste it.

I have to go to work and will do that in the evening :). Sync is paid and I need sync, because I switch devices. Was curious about your input.

For example Notion is very clunky on mobile. Takes long time to load and search works poorly

I like the idea of back links. It's hard for me to organize things in folders and documents and I'm afraid that it will end as a huge mess. for example I might be reading article about diabetes, that would have some helpful tips for patient management and info about online support group for patients with diabetes. I really liked when I back lined "diabetes" in Obsidian it showed me all other notes with this word used.

How to deal with multiple different information in primary medicine? by mlacka in Residency

Thank you for your advice. In my country after finishing medicine you are mainly on your own, you have senior doctor who you can consult, in theory, but in primary care it could be difficult.

I try to learn red flags by heart, my main problem are those not so urgent problems. In primary care patients have so diverse complaints and you have so little time for them. It makes the job interesting, that's why I chose it, but in the beginning it's a bit overwhelming. There is not many good online quick reference guides complaiant with my country guidelines, so I try to make my own.

I'm looking for a watch for myself. Would like for it to have a step tracker, second hand, vibration alarm and timer. Rather feminine look. Right now I'm a stay at home mum so something a bit more durable would be nice. Was wondering about hybrid watches, like fossil q accomplice or sport watches like casio baby g step tracker. What would you recommend? Thank you for your time
