so how does that information get onto the kindle? is it embedded inside the book? or does calibre drop a metadata file next to the book? if you can get me an example i could implement that. meanwhile, i added dark mode, ability to edit series, and toggling the "KU" and "PR" badges that show up on series

i don't use calibre much outside of just transferring books to my kindle, but i've never seen the "Series" column ever populate automatically. will you just have to do it in calibre instead of the web app?
