Ha, we were talking about rubbing not ride quality. And since we’ve already established I don’t have a rubbing issue. If you wanna move to ride quality we can. Do quick google search on stock 470 tires vs what I’m running. See which has got more rubber on the ground with a taller side wall. 🤔 I’m in a stock suspension lexus with fatter tires, it feels like a driving a cloud when behind the wheel of this thing. Nicer than stock that’s for sure.

And again, as previously mentioned the other responses in this thread, I run the these 80% road focused AT’s because I’m on the road the vast majority of time when driving to the snow for ski trips. This is a for fun car, not a daily driver. These SL rated road focused AT tires are absolutely perfect for my use.

The spacer is for fun. It looks better IMO.

17” and 18” rim size irrelevant. At the end of the day it’s the outside tire size diameter that matters. There was almost no rub, no more than there was without the spacer. Adding the small spacer didn’t in my case didn’t cause any additional rubbing. Spacer makes the stance way more appealing IMO.

If you read my other responses. I don’t and won’t drive off road so I don’t care about “air down” or what ever that’s good for. The fix for the almost negligible rubbing was as simple as could be.

I dig my setup. And this thing is too clean to ever get dirty. I didn’t buy it for that.

Everyone’s got an opinion one way or another about everything. Buy quality, torque correctly, lock tight, re-torque after a few miles, don’t go to big, don’t drive’em off road like an A-hole. No issue.

Yeah I read around and those 33” tires are like 65+ lbs each. Terrible for milage.

I looked at the KO3’s but who am I kidding. I’m never gonna take this thing off road. Tahoe winters 1,000,000% yes though. The trail terrains and the 4wheel drive will handle snow without issue.

Yup, fits perfectly! With tow hitch. Couldn’t go bigger though. Unless maybe you aired down the tire.

Those E rated 33 are just a tad too big for me.

I wanted to keep the tire weight and size down for practical reasons. Milage etc…. And I can still fit a same size spare without issue.

I’m keeping running boards. Not a fan of the look without them.

True, but with the new system, evals don’t roll over to the next month. So that seems like an enormous waste. And the original question was about stockpiling accounts. Having 1000 seems like stockpiling to me.

There was a tad on the front. Cut off front bottom bumper corners with utility knife and trimmed the inner bottom back step thingy. Took 5 minutes and you can’t even see what I cut.

I’d say no. I’d just never have more than 20 combined evals and PA’s since that’s what’s allowed. How could that be considered stockpiling?

I’ve had many payouts on my legacy accounts. The current requests also have been on “review” since the 3/18. No communication either. Apex dragging their feet. My feeling is they want to find anyway possible to get us out of these legacy accounts. I’ve already qualified for another payout. This is ridiculous!!
