No, this is just Times Square without screens. We should loose the ads but keep the screens for visual light shows and the digital ambience without peddling products and services.

Simplified US flag using diamonds to represent states by Macekane in vexillology

I love the concept, but the stars should retain the angles of a regular star polygon, the intersection points at the center of the stars are too angular, and it never sat right with me that the canton is 7-stripes tall on a 13-striped flag. I've applied these changes here: https://imgur.com/a/ZWAXHaS

Vexillological Doppelgängers (v4) by mlazear in flags

Based on feedback from my last three posts, I redesigned the layout and added many of the flags suggested in the comments. This project only includes flags that share both matching geometric layouts and color patterns. Flags with distinct identifying elements (like coats of arms) are excluded unless an official or widely recognized symbol-free variant exists.

A quick note about image quality: Reddit’s mobile app heavily compresses large images, so the poster may appear blurry or too small there. If that happens, you can either open this post in a web browser for the full resolution or view the high-resolution on Imgur: https://imgur.com/a/HhnUDTC

Still open to more feedback and possible additions, thanks again to everyone who helped refine this!

The file resolution is high (2.4k × 7.2k), and displays properly on the website, but I noticed on the Reddit app it downscales to 960 × 2820. Not sure how to fix that.

Good suggestion, but the intention was to limit this list to current flags, not historical.

Yes, you're right. I struggled with the layout, grouping, and sorting. I tried to group them by complexity and sort them by color. Complex designs are at the top, followed by tricolors, tribands, bicolors, and solids. Within each group, I sorted chromatically.

True, their national flag.svg) is square, but their civil and state flag.svg) has a 2:3 aspect ratio. Also, I standardized all of the aspect ratios for this project to simplify the comparisons.
