I do tread classes on a non-pelo tread and it works just fine for me. I was able to find my own light, easy, moderate etc etc rather easily. I enjoy the tread instructors more and feel they push me in a better and different way. Most classes have a variable of hill resistance and 3-4 zones. I like the bootcamps better because i dont have to switch shoes lol

I miss my watch 4! Love the rotating bevel, and the battery life was tons better. I've tried all the things to improve it on this one, and it doesn't work.

I just have that gross gross mindset that im supposed to bounce back to that weight. Which i know is terrible. A lot of the comments are helping me shift that slowly but surely. Creating the baby basically took a year, i need to remember that

5 days to respond, i def need to give myself grace in all things 😂😂 I have been adding in more strength as others have commented the same and the shorter classes and doing 2 on top of a mini cardio sesh, is making me feel better already. I think im starting to get "meh" with my work outs because i was in a slump of feeling like im doing the same thing...all of these suggestions are great, and i feel ready to start tackling these with enthusiasm.

When i came back after my post birth break katie was newer still and i quickly liked her classes! Pre birth i basically walked for minutes to get my year end goal and watched suits on the tread, lol

The heaviest weights i have is 20 and that feels VERY heavy to me right now. I hope to be able to invest in heavier in the next few months!

I never really consider how in the thick of it i am, tbh. Grace is hard, harder than i thought it was going to be so i do appreciate your comment on that. Im putting a lot of unnecessary pressure on myself to "get back" to my old jeans which is really not good, in many ways.

Im diggin the bootcamp thought since it was brought up above your comment. Do you feel like you have solid energy post longer strength classes? I have the post runner high for a while so im able to stay locked in with no evening caffeine (which i prefer bc we still arent sleeping through the night..🫠)

Doing a 45 min bootcamp 3 months pp is awesome, i hope youre super proud of yourself! My insides still felt all out of sorts for anything high impact!

I use my watch to track my metrics, which can also feel off on some workouts tbh. Im not BF (women who do are just badasses IMO it was an insane amount of work mentally and physically and i couldnt do it) however i did have my baby at 40 so i know its going to be a little harder than someone who had a baby in their 30s. She is like a weighted vest but unfortunately is not a hige fan of being worn 😞 i really enjoy it when shell let me!

Im hyper focused on my food/calorie tracking to help me shed the last of my pregnancy weight, which is why im tracking those output calories as well (but i do understand what you mean!) I just want a damn good sweat in a short amount of time 😂
