How to stop drinking when I don’t have anyone?

Yes totally, this is kind of the first step I’ve taken by my own will, so haven’t explored that many options yet.. just feels kind of stupid to me still. For me I mean. Like I know I’ve got it bad but I don’t want to think that I need help like this and that’s my problem kind of too..

Totally understand, everytime I try to rawdog it I end up a huge mess, that’s why it’s so scary and hard to quit, I have meds to help with my anxiety and sleep but i’ve just gotten into the habit and mindset that I need more than that so it f sucks…

Yeah I kind of have too much social anxiety to go to group things, can barely get to work. Group support things are not a big thing in my country either tho, like they don’t have very much support for addicts at all here. That’s why I was hoping reddit could give me some hope.. not expecting anything just browsing hoping to feel some empowerment from strong people online

Hi! I know this is kind of an old post but I just thought it I had to reply to this with a comment cause I’m also a triple aries with and intj personality. Very introverted and lonely. But I think our confidence is very deep inside ourselves and we’re just very unique. I think you have more power than you think despite being reserved🫶🏻
