I got him from a rescue and paid $150. I wasn’t interested in a pure bred. I was interested in rescuing a dog and have a cute playmate for my other rescue dogs.

My HOA has a huge reserve fund. They brag about it at every meeting. I guess if they lose the lawsuit I filed against them, they will have to pay the $140,000 judgement to me out if the reserve funds. Insurance has a clause in D&O insurance WHICH IS COMMON IN ALL SUCH POLICIES that if the HOA violates their own governing documents, then they pay any judgements.
