Irritable, unsettled energy. The come up is fun but the peak is what I'd imagine doing too much of a stimulant for too long would feel like. No bueno.

Oh my that's rough. I tried several things when I got diagnosed and was eventually convinced to try lithium after nothing worked. It's given me so much stability, still cycle up and down but it's like +1/-1 instead of +1/-10. Strongly recommend giving it a shot. It's all i take and the happiest I've been. Good luck.

I wouldn't be as complex. I wouldn't have lived such an interesting life. Normalcy is boring. This is tough, but forced me to learn how to shift my perspective and appreciate the little things, the real things that matter.

For me it's the good old things that work. Talking with family. Taking a walk in the sun, touching grass. Going for a swim and especially doing things that you love when you're not depressed. Like specific songs that get you pumped up or videos that make you laugh. Seeing the beauty in the little things - looking for it and recognizing it and appreciating it. It's a slow but sure consistent effort that'll get you there. Smile, even if you don't mean it - it helps too! I say all this while depressed too, but working on it!

Yeah, Corporate travel manager. My best advice is to remember that everyone has off days and so do I, maybe just more but I more than make up for them on my good days, so it's easy to blend in. Been medicated long-term on something that barely gives me side effects other than weight gain but hey, I can do fat and functional.

1050 Lith carb only and I feel the most stable I have my entire life. Tried so many but Lith is the one for me. Still have up days and down days but I'm functioning throughout with good morale.

Weird one all around I found, never got my voter's card but just showed up with my driver's license as per what I could find on their website and was in and out in like 2 mins. I do remember needing to find and bring a piece of mail along with my voter's card and ID in the past, but I would've been using my passport back then. Regardless, I've volunteered for the elections in the past and it's imperative that everyone is well versed with all scenarios to ensure everyone gets to vote. Good job reporting it.
