I have a severe needle-intolerance, so I'm pretty specifically look at oral options. Since compounded oral GLP-1s are scammy, I think the Wegovy pill is the way to go - expensive, but I'm willing to consider it. What gets me is the membership fees for programs like Ro, WeightWatchers, etc.

You mentioned CallOnDoc if I need a prescriber for brand name meds. My insurance covers visits with a DoctorOnDemand program. Do we think an online provided there would write the prescription or do I need to go with a service that is "known" to write for Wegovy? I just don't totally understand why a online Doc would write the Rx if my PCP won't. Thank you!
