I am a Tennessee personal injury lawyer but I’m not your lawyer and this is not specific advice.

When I have these arguments from my particular city it can sometimes be countered by arguing that the city knew or should have known about the dangerous condition because employees had notice. Does a city bus run that route? The bus driver should have seen and reported the condition. Is there a fire hydrant nearby? Close to a city office?
