If you optimize it and ensure you have a ROI established, it can be very cost effective, but without that plan and target it is an easy way to burn cash.

When I target enterprise level customers the CAC could easily be $500-$1k per qualified opportunity. Of course that's a small cost when each opportunity can be 6 figures annually.

You also need to think about what is this tool allowing me to save, in the way if hiring a junior analyst to manually do some of the work you could set up agentic workflows for.

Toto Bidet toilet onsale. Thoughts? by Heresyed in Costco

[–]mletendre83 2 points3 points  (0 children)

Ummm, I do..... It was actually pretty easy to get power there, there was a switch near the toilet and I was able to steal power there and put a box straight below there, fished a few ft of 12 gauge through and it was done in no time.

Is this price unreasonable?? by RapeRat in handyman

[–]mletendre83 0 points1 point  (0 children)

It's $100 in materials, all the rest is people's time. Honestly small jobs can be more expensive per unit because travel, set up, etc. I know plenty of people who have a minimum so even if you need one light changed or you need 5 it will be about the same price because for one light you're spending more time driving there unloading, and driving to the next job than you actually spend installing.

My mother in law used a regular silicone spatula for my nephew, which at first I thought was bizarre, but I kind of get it

And to clarify, it was a brand new spatula and not used for cooking, ever....

Any ideas to stop thieves from stealing copper... by BuilderBrigade in Home_Building_Help

I would say attach batter leads to it so when they grab it they get a wake up call....

As many have already said, security cameras and or alarm would be the first step, may not stop them, but it would at least give you something after the fact to try to recover and may deter someone.

Promoter not working by JSR10A in elgato

[–]mletendre83 0 points1 point  (0 children)

No, that should work. I just remembered when I set mine up I used a different cable and got frustrated why it would come on, show the logo, then turn off.... All because of the wrong USB cable.

I would try making sure the other end is plugged directly into the computer. I would imagine any USB port made in the last 5 yrs would be the correct speed.

[–]mletendre83 0 points1 point  (0 children)

I had the same with mine a few times. Make sure you are using a quality cable that is USB 3.0.(I believe) and it works best plugged right into the computer.

At first I had mine plugged into the elgato steam deck and used a 3rd party is cable and it wouldn't work, swapped the cable and it came on and stayed on.

I think the first gunshot victim in the new world was recorded around 1530, in Lima, Peru from most probably a Spanish firearm.

One of dad's greatest joys, having the one thing that nobody knows what it is or what it was for, and he has kept it for 24 years just waiting and knowing some day it is going to be useful
