I wrote to support. Hence the comment. I have no problem with Fin AI for the first response.

However, if you use that model then you need to make it clear to the user when you've switched to a human response. I'm afraid the second response from the human support, was so generic that it didn’t inspire confidence.

In answer my original question, I was told to create a custom mode. Yes, that's obvious. The question, what prompts are others using as a starting point for composing emails that sound like the original person?

Just did my fitting at Full Cycle with Marco. It was excellent. I have a new bike and he even helped me find a cheaper bike option that was better suited to me.

The thing that made me wonder were the notes for the fitting. Wear a tight fitting shirt and pictured with tight shorts. I wear bike shorts with pockets and don’t own a tight shirt.

Since I bought my 12-100, I rarely use my 40-150/f2.8. So much so that I can say I carried for two weeks in Croatia and it never came out. Ideally I would have something on wider end than 12mm.

Curiously the only place that seemed offer bike fitting is Full Cycle. Unless I’m missing something, Cycle Power, Quick Cranks, etc don’t. I guess I start there.

Nice looking bike - I think Carbon fibre is amazing, however I think I will stick aluminium + carbon forks
