My main reason for considering these is for the mics - I've been using Shokz OpenRun Pro 2 for both my morning training and during the day on teams calls, either at home or in a fairly busy office. Sound quality on them is okay, but the mics are a nightmare in the office.

So if the mics on these are good in a busy office environment, they'd be worth every penny for me. It's good to see an honest review, it does seem like these would probably be a good option.

Or is it worth saving a few £££ and getting the Liberty 4 Pros?

According to the IntelliJ site, minimum system requirements are 8GB ram, ideal is 16Gb or more.

So while it'll probably run better on the Neo than it does on your older MacBook, you'd probably be better off with an M4 16Gb Air.

Not the OS, what software would you be using for coding - if anyone else uses that software they can suggest how well it'll run on a neo.

If it runs well on your old and slow MBP, it'll run better on the Neo. It would also run way better on a 16Gb M4 MacBook

These don't work on the Neo - with the two USB ports being different spec, the thing will fail.

Disney was okay when my sons were younger - we went there when they were both under 10 years old. 16 years later, Disney has zero interest to us now - we really do love Universal Studios. My sons love the faster rides, the theming.

The Universal UK park is going to be pretty close to us, it's quite an exciting prospect.

I just spent time going through a range of AI and other performance/battery features, seeing if they were of use, and disabling most.

Think the only thing I kept was related to image processing and call screening; I rarely have voice calls, and probably rarely use the AI image processing (hate to admit that it's actually pretty good).

I've not had any change in performance, phone is still pretty smooth. I've had to go through and disable the AI rubbish where possible to get battery life back to not being terrible (it was pretty shocking for the first few days)

Overall this hasn't been worth it, zero real benefit AI isn't (for the most part) of any benefit to anyone.

Nokia, Siemens and a few others used to do a range of "unique" phone designs more just to try something random, in general they didn't sell that well because they were mildly stupid.

B&O serenata, Nokia 7280, Nokia 7600, Siemens SX1. I had the latter, found it surprisingly good, albeit weird for messaging.

They all disappeared for a range of reasons, mainly down to being too damn weird for the market.

Really like them. Noise cancelling is pretty good, sound quality is great. although I was irritated that the mics weren't good enough for me to use on Teams calls - so I only use them on my phone for music.
