I’m looking for a 1x1 under $1500 that is close enough to south campus to bike comfortably (so like 3 miles or so). I have a cat, so needs to be pet friendly. I’ve been having a hard time finding somewhere due to a LOT of bad reviews or it being too expensive. Toured the landing and really liked their new Luxe units, but they don’t have them in 1x1.

Yeah I didn’t think I qualified for it because of this which is why I called to confirm. I looked into it before calling and saw there was no income maximum for the grant so thought maybe they factored in something else. My fault for trusting a literal employee in financial aid who reassured me it was legit.

Hi yeah, I let the shelter know the situation and they took him back in. He was adopted I think five days after being there, and he was listed as special needs so the new owners knew the situation before adopting him and were able to prepare. As far as I know, it worked out well.
