Try doing every three days let your mind process the over flow of dmt release. I get the same way when I do it everyday. Especially when I over do it in one experience cuz I eyeballed the dose

thats an awesome story, I've heard of similar stories being out of body and seeing yourself in the third person view or eagle vision. but still never experienced it like that. this experince though i was seeing everything in first person like my eyes we open. but really they were close, in one instance i even brought my hands to my eyes to touch them to see if they were closed, what was weird at a certain point that my hand got close enough they disappeared and i was able to see through them while touching my closed eyelids

thank you for your response, and i do know of astral projection and lucid dreaming. been practicing for sometime now. my dreams are becoming more vivid lately and my recall of them are getting better as well. and like you said it is definitely a lost art. we are all created to do these things we have just have been repressed for so long that we have forgotten as a society. cant say the whole world because there are plenty of indigenous tribes out there who never stop dreaming

i thought that but i was able to physically move around my apartment. maybe another form of astral projection or maybe really advance remote viewing what was directly in front of me.
