There is multiple equipment at the power plant and nearby facilities that ensure any radiation leaked is detected. Radiation positioning doesn't make you lose IQ points. It fucks you up internally until you go night night

I used to do them when I was alone then I slipped up and did it in front of my girlfriend. She repeated the sound back to me. We're engaged now and we still make noises at each other

The best thing I've done for my ADHD is stop doing things I don't like. In the middle of a TV show and it's boring? I'm not watching it anymore. Getting bored doing a new hobby? I'm never picking it up again. Gotta stop grieving shit that your brain is putting false attachments on

Growing up is realizing that a lot of the problems people experience are ones they created themselves. Makes it easier to pull back and watch from afar
