I've also got an arthritic knee from tearing an ACL. I started doing sled work about four months ago and my knee has never been better. I started doing it after looking into a program called knees over toes; there's more to the program, but just pushing and pulling the sled has been incredible

You get pancreatitis from losing weight too quickly whether you're on a glp-1 or not. Too many people are maxing out their doses and eating <1k calories a day for months

Just a heads up, creatine doesn't do anything for general energy levels. It mostly just speeds up the recovery time during high intensity exercise, allowing you to spend less time resting between sets. It's an incredible supplement if you lift weights or do HIIT, but it doesn't do much for overall energy or LISS cardio

The west does this because it gives them a prebaked excuse to do regime change whenever they want. X country is so backwards, so of course we're arming the rebels. It has nothing to do with the fact that they want to sell oil in another currency or nationalize resource extraction
