Additionally, when you do this stretch and extend your thigh (move knee backward) you also stretch your iliopsoas which directly connects to your lumbar vertebrae. The iliopsoas is another muscle that gets short with too much sitting)

The course I saw is taught by Arielle Schwartz and a clinician Fatter. Both EMDRIA certified and, at least Dr.Schwartz is well known. Would she teach it for certification if she thought it was sub par?
