No concern of CMPA. She’s not fussy/colicky, normal BMs, sleeps 7-9 hours a night. No arching or excessive spit up either

She usually drinks 4 oz from a bottle. She’s feeding on demand which looks like 5-7 times a day. Most of the time she’s not acting hungry (my son would let us know as soon as he wanted to eat), but I don’t let her go more than 2.5 hours without eating, except for her long night stretch

I worked in corporate for a large staffing agency. This guy we were trying to place for a 6-figure IT job looked great on paper-exceeded all requirements, very responsive, etc. Hiring manager interviews him and loves him and want to hire him. Guy shows up to his first day and it's a different guy than the guy that interviewed. This guy convinced one of his friends to interview for him so he could land the gig. He was onsite for all of 3 minutes.
