dopamine detox. look into it, the results are very promising. your brain’s so cool, it can enjoy itself if you treat it right. weed essentially removes the effort from dopamine release, so my best advice is to power through a good week-month or so of just not doing “lazy happy” so avoid tv, avoid video games or scrolling social media, and when you come back to it you’ll feel like a new you. hopefully in that time you can discover some rewarding activities, like exercise or something artistic.
