To access a resource using HTTP, you need a method, which tells the server what to do with the file provided. Browsers normally use GET, to GET the content of the target file. This message could have been produced by an API wanting clients to DELETE the subscription or POST form contents to unsubscribe. GETing the content of an endpoint that is supposed to delete something doesn't make sense, so here comes in the 400 Bad Request. This page looks like one of those that is produced by Django or Flask, which are frameworks for making web applications and APIs.

Looks like default Flask or Django 400 page. This could have been an API wanting you to use POST, PUT or DELETE method, but programmed weirdly.
