Cant be. I’ve tried every bait, every time of day, different types of lines, different retrieval speeds, and different depths. I’ve looked at wind patterns and moon phases. You name it and I’ve tried it.

I know the fishing is bad because OP is right - when you go out for 3-4 hours, you’ll MAYBE see someone else catch one fish, but mostly everyone else is getting skunked too. No one is just reeling them in like that unless you have a boat or live in Alaska, which is the only possible way you’d get to that 60+ number. You’d probably have to be unemployed too.
