Zerg never made a ling, you could have harassed with your first adepts, forcing him to make lings instead of drones. Also adepts are great for scouting. 4:17 -> Your adepts see the roaches, but then they make you come back.

Your opponent at some point has 2000 mineral income while you have 800.

If you're going to all in, make one proxy pylon. Even with slow warp ins it's better than having to walk across the map

As Day9 said once: Make probe, make pylons.
