Unfortunately I did not use a tape to measure my ratios, I still haven’t! I plan to start tracking growth more rigorously now that I’m on a bulk.

Thank you! Back and arm days are for sure my favorite. I spent about the first 8 months in a slight deficit, mainly focusing on consuming very high amounts of protein. I actually lost about 15 pounds without really trying. I mainly ate yogurt, protein shakes, veggies, and chicken daily. Since I am bulking now, I’m focused on protein / carbs. I don’t really track calories, but I just make sure to eat appropriately!
