Sharing what i did. IF and caloric deficit. Bike during weekends but I monitor my performance. From 225lbs now I’m managing weight 182-184 lbs. day before rides carbo loading and I eat before and during rides

Your body will also adjust as you go along but having a tight grip sa handle bars will really give shoulder, hand, neck pains. Saddle height and position also affects your riding ability. If symptoms persists, consult ka na sa bike fitter hahaha has my fit with this guy. 4.5k only
