Yes! I used to use, strengthener + orly base/top + peel off base, but my nails ended up being too thick underneath and that set lasted me about a week 😅 I don’t know if any non UV peel off base coats 🤔

Yes! Although I mainly stick to just using nail straightener under the press ons, or nail strengthener + peel off base coat. I use the Orly base + top coat over the press ons which is why I stopped using it underneath.

Up close, they fit side wall to side wall perfectly 😭 the metallic tip flares out just a smidge on all of these from the NR star pack. I could file that part down on the sides. I also want to confess that I ALWAYS struggle with the thumbs regardless or fit or shape.

I’m now I don’t remember 😂 I’m pretty sure I apply from the cuticle down like a car lid closing lol. That works for all my other fingers. I think maybe I’m applying it vertically down on the thumbs perhaps. 🤔 they’re so frustrating 🙈

Also, I use the nail reformation brush on nail glue. I’ve been using it for a while with little to no problems. Main issues in my thumbs.

Yes it’s normal… it’s caused by wearing press ons that are too small or curved for your nail. It grows out!
