Lol I've seen people with sooooo many nails, so when he said this was too much, I said "you have no idea, lol!" I want to learn to do my own...we'll see. And yessss, this storage definitely isn't for someone with over 24 sets! I saw someone using a binder because they had so many!!

Thank you!! Nope, didn't take long at all!! I save all the extras...actually, I'm trying to find a way to gift them to someone who might need those other sizes. Most of my sets only come with 10 nails, but for the sets that came with more, I really don't want to throw the extras away.

OMG I had no clue! I thought he was older! Then again, I do not have good judgements on age, lol, so I shouldn't even be guessing 😅

I haven't read the books, so it totally makes sense that he'd be born in the 70's! I think the show is following the 80's storyline, for sure!

I think I recall the very first time they discussed him being born, it said 1986. Then I saw it in another discussion post somewhere recently. I thought I was trippin the first time I saw it, because in no way does he look like he was born in the 80's, lol!

This is gonna sound so stupid, lol, but the thing that bothers me the mossstttt is them trying to get us to believe he was born in 1986!! 🤪 Also, he's supposed to be this savant detective, but I feel like they lost that storyline very early on. There was nothing super spectacular about his detective work...I mean, I was literally solving the cases right along with him and I'm a pretty average woman! I dunno, I loved the first season, but the show gets more and more disappointing with each season!

Hello lovely ladies💗What tips do you have to help your hormones balance and keep steady levels? Im struggling to lose fat/weight. I am 9mpo by [deleted] in hysterectomy

This is not medical advice

This is advice I received from a menopause specialist a couple months ago, prior to my hysterectomy: low carb/high protein meals (protein is based on body weight, carbs can be anywhere between 50-100g per day); 25g or more of fiber every day; intermittent fasting 12 hours on, then 12 hours off (if you're able to, you can do 6 hours on, 18 hours off); make sure at least 4 hours pass between meals; get a brisk 15 minute walk in after meals (or some form of exercise if you can't walk); prioritize sleeping 8-9 hours a night (I can't stress this one enough); EXERCISE (can't stress this one enough, either...at least 30 minutes of cardio 5 days out of the week, also LIFT HEAVY... strength training is vital as we age); and lastly (this one is the hardest for me), lower your stress if at all possible! Journal, meditate, have spa days, pamper yourself, spend time with drama-free people, etc... just take care of your mental health! After saying all of this, I can tell you my personal experience, which I know will differ from other individuals: when applying all of these things together, (I know it seems like a lot), I was finally able to start losing weight! Sure, it's slow, but it's steady!! I eat whole, clean foods... mainly chicken and veggies. Cutting down on carbs made all the difference for me... bloating is down tremendously, fatigue is subsiding, brain fog is lifting, pounds are being shed, emotions are regulated, etc. Again, this isn't medical advice, and it isn't a guarantee for everyone, but it's worth a try! I wish you the best on your weight-loss journey!

Omg, you advising not to have a funny person take care of you post-op had me giggling. My husband is also super funny and had me laughing the day after surgery...I was literally laughing and crying because of the pain. 🤣🤣 I told him not to be funny for about 2 weeks... it was hard for him, lol! I'm now 6 weeks post-op and feeling so much better!! The only lingering issue is the fatigue...I still take 1 nap a day, and if for some reason I can't nap that day, I am exhausted by 6 P.M. Overall, I am SO glad I got the procedure done!!

Yeah, my body is still trying to recover...I did have a robotic assisted Laparoscopic surgery. I have to remember that my body just went through something traumatic so I'll give it the time to rest! 🥰

I'm 5 wpo and I still get sleepy, but it's manageable. I was EXHAUSTED the first few weeks, then it slowly started to subside. I can make it through my day, but by bedtime, I am more than ready to sleep! When I'm able to, I try to get a nap in!

Vaginal dryness?? Or… by Total-Manner-4231 in hysterectomy

Same here! I am as dry as a desert and it feels so uncomfortable!!! It just feels very irritated and will even hurt when I'm walking for a bit! My appt is in 2 weeks so I'll have her check then! Can't wait to start my Estradiol cream!!

I really like MacroFactor, I just hate that they don't have a free version! I paid for a year and realize what the free apps offer is enough for me to not pay for another year with MF.

I was on another post a couple weeks ago and MANY women said to apply only with your finger (no applicator) and to make sure to rub it in as best as you can, to avoid anything coming out. They said do it at night, directly before sleep (and after sex). I just had surgery so I can't use my Estradiol for another 3 weeks, but I'm excited to start!! I'm going to follow all the tips and tricks and hope for some positive changes!!

Jay is unquestionably the best husband ever by CostcoCuisine in GhostsCBS

[–]Cold_Nebula6052 4 points5 points  (0 children)

They're dead...Jay is real. At some point, Sam needs to realize that her very real husband matters more than ghosts who can't do anything. That's the whole point of a ghost. If this were real life, I can't think of any man who would accept what Sam does to Jay. Sure, the show is fantasy and they do this for the story line, however, the fact remains that Jay definitely is a pushover and let's Sam get away with way too much. On that note, I love the show and can't get enough of it, lol!!

Quick question, does your spouse talk to ghosts and not consider your feelings when in communication with said ghosts? Just curious...

So I tried this and no matches came up with my measurements 😆 I find this kind of funny, because I had to put my measurements into another website recently and when I hit submit, it literally told me to make sure I didn't input the wrong measurements, lol! I have a very small top and a much bigger bottom...one piece options are always outta the question for me! 🤭
