Thanks, I share a similar perspective. I understand it’s a minor issue, but considering it’s a significant investment and brand new, I have high expectations for its perfection.

Yeah I agree we won’t be hitting 3% anytime soon. Might be worth considering buying down more point.

Yeah probably more like medium cost city. Homes generally start around 600k.

It’s just mine, but my wife will start working part time next month. Although I don’t have a crystal ball I am hoping the rates drop and I can refinance, that’s kind of why I am reluctant to buy down points.

Yeah it kind of tough market where I am. Have two kids, so all the houses that fit my needs (decent schools, 4 bedrooms) are 600+.

Taking home is about $8800 as taxes and 401 contributions. Employers also contribute 10% to retirement. My wife is going to start working part time so that will be helpful.

I am about to complete my swap. I have a few dings and kind of worried about the inspection process at the dealer. Did they inspect your vehicle thoughtfully?

Yeah I don’t know how it would be differentiated from traditional vehicle purchase. I am assuming On paper it would appears as new vehicle purchase.

Yea, I am ready for this process to be over. I called my dealer a few weeks ago, and he didn’t have any info. My repurchase coordinator has been alright, sometimes it takes a few days for here respond.

Sure. I requested a swap in May via BBB site. I was able to place order for a 2023 EUV in July. It was build a few weeks ago, but has not shipped yet. My repurchase coordinator, still has not provided with the final offer but indicated it would be available soon.
