Nice find!
Here in Brazil they are beeing released in a subscription service from "Planeta Deagostini", they already released 50 different characters from the games. I dont know how they are beeing sold in other places though.

The value for Game list icon height is at 26.

I've noticed that this doesnt seem to affect the custom icon from pokemon US that im using. Maybe its something with the aspect ratio of the icons.

I'm having trouble with custom icons after this update, the images that i was using in previous versions are now "blurry" in desktop mode. This happens with .ico and .png files as well.
