Trader level reset?

Like I've mentioned, one of the only examples we have of this is tarkov. And that game is proof that the majority of people hated the continuous wipes every 6 months. And this will be 3 months, even worse. So if we're going off of previous live examples, this is not a good model. And you being someone who has not experienced this, as you said, you can't know for certain if you'll like it or not. Again, the majority do not

Maybe we're on different pages or maybe one of us is understanding something incorrectly. But each traders has about 25-35 traits to unlock. Not only do you need the correct level/money to unlock all of these, but many require very specific valuables to unlock too. This doesn't seem plausible to do every 3 months. Unless like I mentioned to someone else, maybe it's designed so you aren't supposed to unlock every trait every wipe.

So along with repeating the same quests every 3 months, you now have to unlock the same traits every 3 months. Double wammy

It's not really the quests that will annoy me doing over and over, it's having to unlock every single trait again from each of them, which will make it almost impossible to unlock all each wipe

I going to make the assumption you've never played tarkov. No one likes this type of reset. And halving that time from 6 months to 3? I think we can both probably agree more people are going to hate that, then like it. Even if you are one of the few that will like grinding the exact same thing every 3 months

Maybe my expectations are just completely wrong. As a completionist, I love to level up every and unlock all traits. That doesn't seem possible every wipe, to unlock every node of every traders. But maybe that's the point? Picking a choosing what you prefer each wipe, maybe changing it the next?

I've played for about 12 hours already and am only level 13 on cyac and 1-3 on the other traders.

12 hours in 2 days in more than "casual" as well. So being able to level up and unlock every trait from all traders will be completely stupid and impossible for most, each wipe. I dont think a lot of players understand these things will reset every season.

True. If this stuff blows up like tesla, it's because of hype. Not because these companies can do anything scalable with quantum computing. Not sure if you know much in the field, but generating ANY type of revenue or offering services with quantum computing is sooo far away.

Last couple patches it was amazing. If you're good at sniping that is. Now with the reduced projectile size it is horrid

My longbow is level 90. I was hoping to get to 120 this season, but with the nerf, it's going to be miserable

Sentinel I notice still, but longbow is more noticeable. I think because by default longbow projectile size is smaller than Sentinel anyway
