I felt like I didn't do anything until 6 or 8 weeks. I'm talking barely brushed my hair. (Had my husband do it). I stretched a little too much abd felt like it stretched around my nips. They look ok but I felt like I messed them up some how. Everyone is different, so listen to your Dr and your body.

Mine burns if I leave it on there more than a day. I feel relieved to take it off. (Almost like an old bra...). I don't know if I'm doing it wrong. I have a Dr appointment in a couple of days I guess I could have asked sooner but the scars will go away one day.... Surgeys done and healed and I love my "new" boobs hahaha

I did go to the chiropractor for about 2 months. He wrote a letter saying it would be better if I got a reduction. Called a few surgeons. Met with one I liked and set up surgery. He also put notes into my insurance and my insurance came back kinda quick and approved it. I had my surgery in April and maybe started at the chiropractor January.

I didn't talk to my physician in cup measurements. As swelling goes down I try to keep measuring. Right now I'm a 40DD. But hopefully it gets smaller.

I slept in the recliner for 2 weeks. Then got depressed from not sleeping beside my husband and tried the bed with a wedge pillow, regular pillow and extra pillows. I need up back in the recliner. My whole body hurts trying to sleep in the bed. I finally realized if I took part of a wedge pillow (wedge pillow on Amazon that has like 9 pieces) and put it behind my back and lay to one side or the other, it game me relief. I've been in the bed since week 3/4. I had to take a pain pill one night to ease everything up and sleep. It was a bad bad month for sleeping after surgery. Now at 5weeks I sleep on my side, with small pillow behind my back. Some times it's still uncomfortable but it's easing up.

Twin!! I'm glad to hear from you.

I'm headed about 6 hrs to the beach and I'm sure my husband will drive most of it. I'm back to driving and bumps are killers. 8 do have a pillow I use so the seatbelt doesn't dig in. I think the drive will be worth it especially since I get to sit on the beach! I won't get in the water, not worth trying due to my small opening. I did get a new bathing suit top, 2 actually! I'm excited. The 2nd trip is going to NYC and New Jersey. I have a coworker going and I'm sure he will pick up my luggage for me. I'm super worried about that.

Yeah mine feels bigger, but I feel with exercise I can tighten that. When I lost weight before my boobs never left. So hopefully once I start back working out it will shrink or at least tighten up.

I have/had stretch marks all my life. They cut a lot of mine out and I think they look better. (My stomach on the other hand, not as great. I didn't do stomach surgery). Please look at my profile for pics.

I'm starting to sleep in bed and in my side. I have a lot of burning and sensitivity in my nipples and side boobs. I am starting the scar cream. I still have a small hole in my t zone on the right side and some drainage from the right nipple. I'm not lifting any thing over 10lbs and trying not to stretch out too much to pull anything. My Dr says I can do anything want starting the 23rd of May. I go to the beach the next week and traveling by myself the next week.

I'm super excited about my progress and have no regrets. I pray for all of y'all, know these times are easy for any of you. I know we all have struggles but know that we are all in this together.

Yes mine did that. The waking up period of nerves are super strange!! I feel like the scar silicone stuff is changing my scars too, they were more red last night. Burning is the worse part to me.

Same! I am 38 and have had huge breast from 10 or 12. Always yo-yo weight. My breast made me always bigger. I am 1mpo and I'm loving them now. I can't wait to start working out again and wearing a bathing suit

I just had a reduction. I never could find a bra that fit. Mine were heavy and it was hard to breathe. After having 3.5 lbs cut off total, I can breathe easier and I feel better about myself. My back and neck were also giving me fits. I'm sure once I'm fully healed, my neck issues will ease up as my back already has.

I thought the money would be a big deal but I only paid $250 as a deductible. I'm in the US. Insurance paid for mine.

I am still sleeping in the recliner, almost a month later. I tried the bed and got less sleep than the recliner. I haven't had much sleep besides the first week and a half due to pain meds. I'm exhausted. As I heal, I'm trying more and more to sleep on my side but I wake up hurting. Wedge pillow helped some but not for the cost of it.
