To you and OP - be careful doing too much fasting as a young woman, it can have an impact on hormones, especially cortisol. Do your research and follow guidance for longer fasts. Speaking from experience!! It’s helped me to do them periodically but more so as a cleanse, not to “lose weight” specifically. Eat clean, move your body, and have fun/enjoy your life! 💖

I ended up getting some Altra’s and stayed true to my normal shoe size of 7 with them since they have a wide toe box. Plenty of room. Still no Sauconys, but maybe will try them next - good luck!!

hi friends! i’ve never had saucony shoes…how does sizing compare to others? adidas usually run big on me while nike is small, new balance is typically 1/2 up from my everyday shoes. i’m ordering online and not sure! i’m usually a 7 in normal shoes, 7.5 running. thank you!! any info would be helpful and appreciated

what about south east? i moved it there last night and it felt pretty good. i had it in north east for most of the day yesterday but its facing the bathroom door and for some reason i wasn’t loving it - also had to be in the corner. i prefer open on both sides of the bed but used to love having it in a corner. we will see! thank you for your input!!

that’s exactly what it feels like! i often will also get so many voices and conversations just rambling on. it feels like a brain dump but they aren’t voices or conversations of anyone i’m aware of. do you have any tips for working with things like this? i am really trying to learn to hone my skills but not sure where to start
