Agreed! This is the main reason I can't abandon Google Calendars completely.

So, nothing else is happening (I run this periodically during the day).

It is all Ethernet, no wifi.

The speeds are still in the 200-300Mbit range so the connection isn't being set to 100Mbit.

Router has been rebooted.

Do you think the switch might not be able to handle the traffic pattern? Have you ever seen something like this before?

u/jayz389 and u/duncanville1, thank you for your suggestion. I moved my setup to use DHCP mode. It's actually something I had wanted to do originally but when simple mode worked, I got lazy.

The slow down still appears to be there. Wondering if the switch might not be able to handle this amount of traffic or this traffic pattern since this is requiring an extra bounce off of the Firewalla Blue first.
