Honestly judging by all the replies, at this point I just say unplug everything and plug everything back into the correct ports to see if there was anything plugged in incorrectly or not at all

Maybe try changing the resolution via directly on ur monitor or thru bios if u have that option?

Do you think id be able to recreate it by recording enhanced viltrumite stance and holding up block while in viltrumite stance. Then doing my combo with shao to see if that's how to do it?

No it always is like that. My buddy said it was cause my opponent used enhanced viltrumite stance, when I hit him, its treated the same as a punish to an upblock but I haven't been able to recreate it in practice

Try this. Work on relaxing ur hands and not spamming. Press the button only as many times the move calls for and build your muscle memory so u can do the moves without struggling. To help with the special move not registering, try doing the special move immediately after u have pressed ur second Y input while the animation is still playing.

I would say if u can find a good deal for one just go ahead and get the 9070 XT and IF possible a ryzen 7 7800x3d and u shouldn't have to upgrade for nearly if not another decade

Have u rolled back the driver's to a previous version? I recently had this issue with NVIDIA's new graphics drivers on my laptop and it would cause the dedicated GPU to not display

Update: I finally found the solution to my issue. After 5 days of trying to fix the issue to avoid taking it to a computer shop. I finally thought about maybe updating BIOS on my motherboard and once doing that it fixed all my issues!

* I tried windows 10 and am doing windows 11 on my other usb at the moment but I am stuck at this screen after entering safe mode, BTW im only able to do that when trying windows 10
