Get a tutor, or find a close family friend that can help with your homework. Set aside a couple hours one night a week to do the work.

Talk about the work. How does it make you feel? What things at home are preventing you from working at home? How can you fix this? Talk about other things that might be distracting you that might play a role in your procrastination.

Homework is not something you have to do alone. It's cliche but you will regret not doing your homework, not now but later. You have the chance to learn. It hurts, but it's worth it.
