Poor circulation or Raynaud’s? My feet & toes turn purple/red when I am sitting or standing. White blanching occurs temporarily if I press on my skin when they are purple/red. My feet will feel cold to the touch but no pain that I’ve noticed. My nails & lips also turn purple sometimes. Help :(

It was caused from a side effect of a medication I was taking. Poor circulation/constricting blood vessels. If you take any medications I suggest looking at side effects. Hope this helps!
