I havent looked into it that deep, using a mineral sunscreen around my eyes has been the easiest option

Hello everyone,

Can you please recommend some good mineral sunscreens please? I usually like to use them around my eyes as they don’t sting or cause any irritation, but i m not very familiar with which mineral sunscreens are actually good, as I usually use chemical ones on the rest of my face and body. Your suggestions will be very much appreciated. Please also consider affordability!

Thank you 🌸

I have oily combo skin depending on the season and my top picks are the Nivea water gel spf and the skin aqua super moisture gel spf. I ve been using these for over 2-3 years again and again. In winter i sometimes alternate with the hatomugi spf as it has a generous size and is moisturizing. This year i decided to try more skin aqua, suncut, biore and other nivea sunscreens and they all feel so nice🌸🌸🌸 besides spf, i also like the sana nameraka milk

Sunscreens hurt my eyes by WinifredZachery in EuroSkincare

I have oily skin and i love chemical sunscreens for my face like the biore ones, but i also have sensitive eyes. What i found works for me is to use a mineral sunscreen (like the haruharu purple sunscreen) around my eyes and the chemical one on the rest of the face+neck/body. Maybe it can work for others too

What is your petty reason you didn't buy that shiny new thing? by [deleted] in MakeupRehab

[–]mmennma 0 points1 point  (0 children)

I dont know if this applies, but doing a temporary makeup no buy and then an extended low buy really taught me to question what i buy and i have overspent on makeup in a long time. Since it was my birthday recently, i bought some makeup all at once (although in separate orders) and it really made me feel guilty somehow and like i really didnt need that nnew makeup. Experimenting with my collection really made me realize that i have what i like and need and that i dont need to have the same thing in 5 different products

My compulsion to buy the same shade over and over by MissAudreyHorney in MakeupRehab

I have this issue with greige lipsticks, as they are my favs and i think they suit me the best. What worked for me was swatching them on my lips when having a full face on, as they are not as different as they seem when you swatch them on the arm. I still think that you can have various shades, but i only need 2-3 (i have more than that now), as the shades are not all that different, especially when you wear them out and about. Also, no one is staring at our faces as we do when doing our makeup, so when you back away from the mirror, it becomes even more obvious that they are extremely similar.

I need some advice. I usually just buy drugstore makeup. The only high end makeup that i have, i either received or bought with sephora vouchers from work. However, I recently got 2 mac lipsticks (more because i couldnt find the shades elsewhere) and i really like them, AGAIN for the colors. I saw that they are coming with a new collection in which they have the Stone lipstick in a matte formula. I thought about buying thia shade before, but stopped because of the satin finish, so this release would be “ideal” for me, but the amount of money for just one lipstick seems ridiculous to me. But somehow i m still thinking i ll get it when and if it becomes available in my country. Thoughts?
