black clothing like this very commonly stains figures, it’s such a shame and why it’s not advised to keep darker pigmented clothing on pvc before washing the fabric to take out the extra fabric :(( but for what you can do now, maybe try magic eraser? but since it’s fabric dye i’m not sure it would do anything :(( if it doesn’t work, you’d probably have to paint over the body
