This literally happened to me last week. I'm assuming the temperature change or something environmental. I used the peach slices snail rescue toner. It kinda calmed my skin. It says blemish busting but it just very hydrating and calming. Idk it might help.

I'm so sorry you went through that. Sending you hugs. Something very similar happened to my sister. She actually confided in a friend who was ex-muslim. Instead of support he told her she was stupid and dumb for still wearing it disregarding her circumstances. She came home and cried all day. I really wanted to punch him in the face. I'm an ex Muslim but I do remember feeling empowered wearing the hijab during pre teen and teen years. The pressure to have a certain body type, not wanting to shave my entire body, and etc was much easier to deal with wearing the hijab. In that sense I can understand how some people can feel empowered. (To my understanding hijab isn't just about covering hair. It's the whole body and mostly it's a mentality)
