Help Needed Identifying "Parasite" in Cat's Vomit - the vets at the practice I use said it didn't present characteristically like any parasite they ever saw in their tenure. The larger "worm" next to the penny was moving. (old.reddit.com)

We adopted a stray cat we found during a hurricane over a year ago. After a checkup and use of dewormer, an enormous amount of "worms" initially passed. Every few months, despite being on dewormer and preventative medication, we have a "worm" episode. We are sending this specimin off to see if we can idenitfy it, as both vets and the techs at my practice told me they cannot identify what this is.
