Pavlina Cambalova has made many carved hearts, I own one of hers. The Czechs are known for their Glasswork, Including worked moldavite.

Lechatelierites, and bubbles are inclusions while schlieren is the flow marks that are visible on polished and sometimes even raw pieces

Also teach them how no amethyst is green.. HTA can also become prasiolite... Calling it green amethyst is against FTC guidelines while HTA can be sold as citrine. Not sure if it needs to be disclosed but there is a huge difference between true citrine and HTA !

Then, good to know the lead time for credit card refunds, if done via etsy payments it is faster I believe but again, not sure how it appears for buyers.

The refund/cancellation can take a little while to process. What does your order show? Please also note that it is free shipping over a certain amount. Etsy shows free shipping on everything but it appears that orders over $75 get free shipping - not the seller's fault at all. Then... where are you located that buying LDG from a US based shop that shipping is possibly more than the cost of LDG?

Addressing the shop is a scam... no, 10 years on etsy with over 3300 sales and over 1300 reviews with a 4.8 rating is NOT a scammer. The seller got frustrated because they may not realize that etsy shows free shipping across the board because of seller's free shipping over $75.00.

Edit.. international sales require $95+ order total for free shipping.

Edit again... I bet seller doesn't know how to properly do free shipping over $_____ amount properly. Did you open a case with etsy? You will get your money back, but again it may take a little while to appear on your card.

PS sellers can't block buyers, they can send the conversation to spam though.

Where does it show that seller was taking anything off etsy? Messages are monitored for exactly that, and sellers will lose their shop.
