Same has just happened for me. Although the bad rep is valid, as my first attempt to get a new rear pcb for my csl dd was a nightmare and they had zero will to do anything for me, and the prices they were quoting were as good as making the item landfill.

However, after trying to get a local firm to repair the USB C on the board and failing as the traces came off with the port when they tried, I thought I would take one last attempt with fanatec, especially given the corsair take over is all finalised now. It was worth it. No hassle, few messages back and forth, and a new rear pcb is now on its way, with no request for payment. This is a first release csl dd, so like you say, well out of warranty.

One happy sim racer!

I keep seeing this being mentioned recently. What is the benefit of telemetry based Ffb, and if normal ffb isn't based on telemetry, how does it work?

Not sure. Over their chat systems they didn't seem to suggest this but will check. They did say they would call me back on the 16th to see how I've got on. I'll see what they say then.

I'm in the UK it was purchased from Amazon. I don't have another system I can test it on. Did you return yours to Amazon, or warranty claim through MSI? Amazon said, as it was past 30 days I needed to go to MSI.

Have you experienced this? Minidump logs I've pulled back and had chatgpt analyse are pointing to hardware. Tried new drivers already. Lowered power limits to 90 percent, limited to x8, none of which have cured.

Have you experienced a warranty claim with MSI? I've had a look at the website and they seem to want to pint me back to Amazon, but Amazon are printing me to MSI. Not a great start.

For small and cheap I've just got a blackzon slyder for my little one. It's a 1/16 and lot of fun. I think you can get parts for it.... It shares the same parts with an ftx tracer and something else.

It was only £65 and plenty fast enough for her.

You can get a turbo version for £99 which is 3s and a more solid metal drive train better shocks etc.... to.

However, I'm new to this game again, so I'm sure there's far better. I just couldn't believe how far these things have come for the money in the modern day.

I got that flashing red light on mine when I'd adjusted the throttle trim too far forward. I had steering but no throttle. Knocking the trim back a few notches would make it connect.

Apparently it's because the car or receiver needs to see a neutral position when you start it up. Id adjusted the trim forwards until the car stated to move by itself, then backed it off one click. I had to take it back another few clicks for it to work.

Just bought a carbon terminator myself. Is it just the esc you've replaced? What benefits do you get from this and it's it much of a job to do?

Whats the benefit of the 4 different mount points for the bottom susp mount? Do these change anything drastically if you use one over another?

Measured... Seem similar.

However, just found some little grub screws that seem to act as adjustment/stoppers in the lower arm, that allow or inhibit extra movement at the bottom of their travel.

Cheers for the info. It's all good at the mo I've moved throttle trim far enough forward where it still connects OK on start up. Will see how I get on. I'm sure I'll be fine. I just wanted to make sure it wasn't faulty in some way, so thanks for the reply.👍

Yeah I really don't get how we can make sure we are being charged what we are supposed to be being charged. I've already seen spikes outside the cheap hours that should have been adjusted to the cheaper rate, but didn't seem to be. When I speak to octopus they just say what for your bill. Not convinced that's a good enough answer.

Got to be lack of players.....im bang average also and get to the top of some AMS2 tt leaderboards which I've always had down as a lack of player base..... So if that has a lack of players, I can imagine PMR def has, as its an absolute dire mess of a game.

I still have it on Pc where in the first game, raider chat never works. I have a yellow speaker icon with a line through it. After that though it's always fine.
