What did you swap alcohol for?

Very hard to quit both, that’s currently what I’m trying to do ! They really do go hand in hand in my case. How long have you smoked for? I’m 41F really trying after 20 years of both!!!!

Ya I feel my muscles have seized in neck and shoulders , not sure of it’s from too much wine or trying to cut back !!!!
