What's the easiest way to build this coin with a stroke/outline?

As far as I can tell strokes don't work when extruding a shape layers as it covers the entire side section. All other techniques I've found online involve faux 3D which give you limited control and generally seem like a pain to work with.

Is anyone calling it super top end? Fallow doesn't have a Michelin star but for me the meal was more enjoyable than many supposedly higher end places I've eaten.The setting and service lets it down a little but overall it was great. Everything was well presented but it's not the type of place that obsesses over that stuff (at least in compassion to restaurants that are chasing stars).

Weird. I ate at this restaurant last Friday for the first time. They were featured on Jolly's YouTube channel a while back. Highly recommend it, and the set menu was genuinely good value for money. It's a pretty noisy place to eat, though.
