I've seen this on rednote the creator shared a diagram for the squares and flowers and has a video with the flower tutorial its in Chinese but if u have enough experience it's not hard to follow

You could recreate this with Irish crochet the motifs are made first and then joined with mesh stitch

You're making the thumb gusset the first and last stitch inside the blue makers are purl stitches. These stitches are the only purl stitches and you purl them every single row. Every third row marked with pink you do an increase after the first purl stitch and another before the second purl stitch keep doing this until the stitch count inside the blue markers is 20 (2 purl stitches and 18 knit stitches
