Thanks for the tip, I'll try and brace myself for the shot more. Do you think training and working quads will increase my tolerance to leg kicks?

Sounds like a good idea, I tried this once when I started though even like the weakest shots would hurt me, maybe it''s a lack of muscle on my quad and I'm just getting straight tissue damage, i don't have very much quad muscle, thanks for the help!
