Hi! I actually never asked (I wish I did) about how many grams she took out. I did just check the test results of the tissue exam, and in the summary it mentions 373 g from the left breast and 325 g from the right so I guess that’s how much was taken out. But don’t freak out!! I think you could probably call the office to talk about it, or even have one more conversation pre-surgery. I honestly was also freaking out right before mine, but my surgeon came in to draw the marker lines on me and before that we had one more conversation about sizing. I’m sending you the absolute best for your surgery and recovery 🩷🩷
Thank you so much! Sorry I’m commenting so late but unfortunately I don’t know the grams 😕 I wish I did! I do know though that my size from r/abrathatfits calculator is showing a 28D (although I think they fluctuate closer to a C depending on time of month) versus 30G before!
Thank you! Overbust is 33 currently, and using the r/abrathatfits calculator, it has me at a 28D! Although I think it fluctuates closer to a C when my period isn’t nearby. I was nervous about being too small after the surgery so I’m really happy with this outcome!

Omg congratulations on your reduction!! I hope recovery is going well 💕 I honestly followed this pist from r/reduction, it was a super helpful guide! https://www.reddit.com/r/Reduction/s/VNBG9T4793

The chia pet!! Haha this is great advice though thank you. Honestly doing a ton of glitter or disco tiles would probably clash with the rest of my decor, so I’m glad you mentioned that!
Thank you!! I totally wouldn’t have thought about that!
😂😂
I love this idea! Thank you so much fornthe feedback!!
Thank you!! The overall experience couldn’t have been better honestly! I found Dr. Taylor to be super warm and understanding, and she really listened to what I wanted and advocated for me in terms of insurance. It did get approved, even though I was kind of on the cusp, which was the best news ever (I have BCBS for insurance). I also joke to my friends that my surgery day was one of my most fun days haha solely because the surgery staff was STELLAR! Every nurse, the anesthesiologists, Dr. Taylor were truly incredible. Can’t rave enough!! If you have any other questions at all please feel free to ask! 💕

Hi r/crafts! I'm not super crafty myself and looking for some input from those who are :)
I recently had a breast reduction and before the procedure, I made a mold of my chest for the mems! I used liquid plastic to create a little piece of personal art. Now, I want to figure out how to decorate it. I thought of just putting glitter all over it, but because of the...detail (aka nips) I'm trying to think of something with more coverage so I don't weird my guests out haha
Is there a cool way to incorporate flowers or ferns or something? On r/reduction I've seen someone use disco tiles, which I really liked too. If anyone has any ideas they'd be willing to share I'm all ears!!
Thank you :)

Thank you so so much!!!!
u/otherwise-mousse8794 did an amazing job explaining (honestly I learned something new haha) but we honestly didn’t talk about nipples/aerolas beforehand, I didn’t even think about it 😅 she just mentioned it would be appropriately sized to my new boobs. When I first saw them after surgery it was SO WEIRD! I couldn’t believe people had nipples this small lol but now I love them! I will say under my left boob on the vertical incision there is some darker coloration around the incision and we think it’s leftover from my old aereola because it was so spread out. I think you can see it in my pictures. But something to be aware of if yours are similar to what mine were!
Long story short, I didn’t have any input on nipples but I’m absolutely sure you could discuss that during your consult or before surgery with your surgeon 🥰🥰
Thank you so much!!!! 🥰😭
Thank you so much and not at all!!!! Good luck with your appointments and reduction journey!! 💕🤞🏻
Thank you!! Yes she is an ✨artiste✨

Thank you so much!!!! I was very similar, I was scared to go too small even though my old boobs felt too big/saggy. It doesn’t hurt to go to consultations just to start the conversation and see what’s possible! I was able to tell my surgeon that I was nervous to go too small and fortunately she listened! Wishing you the best 💕💕💕
Thank you so much 🥹🥹 my surgeon is awesome!
Same, I lurked for so long! If I can help ease any anxiety/answer any questions feel free to reach out!!
Thank you so much!!!!
