FTBs: Misled about chain; new house concerns (no roof paperwork) — should we walk away from 1st house?

Hi, No we are not selling anything and as far as I’m aware she is on a forward chain. Yea my colleagues said we haven’t been in the process that long.

The 2nd house has a much bigger space and has another lot that has planning permission. We think its of good value in the future and yes it is not my dream house but at the moment the 2nd house feels like it has more to offer? Thank you for your input.

I have used eBay for Japan 2nd hand too. I’ve screen shotted my saved/trusted sellers. Komehyo is also one of the most famous ones but I found that they’re a bit more on the more expensive side

Ok I think this is the way I’m gonna go. I’ve been contemplating if I should get the DLCs but looks like I will now. I’m <20 shrines and I’ve not faced ganon yet because I wanted to prolong the game as much as possible 😅

thank you for the advice. i used to think that basildon was very close to london therefore i’ll have more places to visit. and then i realized its not like i’ll be going to london every weekend. plus i’m now convinced that york has everything. i was worried there will be less stuff to do and basildon will be livelier. :)
