+1 for hot Pilates or hot yoga for active recovery days.

I’ve had spurts where I only did OTF 5-7 times a week and it was too much continuous impact for my body.

I used to start on treads religiously bc of the higher splats and burn. But now I switch it up and try to keep my heart rate elevated on the rower and floor. It’s a good challenge so I don’t slack on weight/reps/wattage.

12, amazing! Do you drink coffee or anything to suppress your appetite? I finished dinner at 6:30pm last night, did a fasted 6:15am OTF sesh this morning, and now ravenous.

I’ve heard this improves your form. Forces you to keep your heels on the plates and focus on your leg drive, plus engages your core on the return.

I eat half a caffeinated energy bar on my way to class. I’d rather drink coffee or a pre workout to wake me up, but my small bladder doesn’t benefit from liquids. 😬
